I would just call them. Ive only been their twice and do not remember...
Not sure if you can order it that way specifically, but you can always order it and ask for a to-go box. I bet they would just put it in the Box for you , even if it isn't the norm.
While sometimes reservations aren’t needed, it’s always a good idea to make one so a table is ready for you! There are times when the restaurant is full, and without a reservation you may experience a wait.

It is a good combination and you can always order a la carte if you choose. In my experience, if they have it in the kitchen you can have it on your plate.
Business casual to super dressed up. There is a bar and a patio. I've seen shorts, sneakers, and jeans there. They have fine dining but no requirement that you be uncomfortable enjoying their delicious food.
